Mrs. Nancy Gathoni
SENIOR & MANAGING PARTNER
She brings a wealth of experience in legal practice, strategic leadership, and governance advisory. She is a highly accomplished advocate with extensive expertise in legal research, litigation, advocacy, legal drafting, and dispute resolution, consistently delivering practical, client-focused legal solutions.
Over the years, Mrs. Gathoni has successfully worked with county governments, public institutions, private entities, and community organizations in policy formulation, legislative review, institutional capacity building, governance advisory, and strategic planning.
Her areas of practice include commercial law, conveyancing, property law, family law, civil and commercial litigation, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, due diligence, and risk management. She has also spearheaded numerous legal and development projects, providing strategic oversight while championing good governance, institutional strengthening, gender mainstreaming, and resource mobilization initiatives.
Ronald Makonjio
He is a Partner at MGM, an Advocate with an LL.B. Degree with Distinction from Moi University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. He has interests in Intellectual Property, Conveyancing, Constitutional Law, Commercial Law, Litigation, and Dispute Resolution.
Kennedy Gichohi Waweru
He is a Partner at MGM Advocates LLP with over eight years of experience in Litigation, Commercial Law, Governance, and Dispute Resolution. An Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and Certified Professional Mediator, he provides strategic legal solutions to corporate, institutional, and individual clients.
Nangabo Brian Okumu
He is a Pupil Advocate at MGM Advocates LLP with experience in Civil Litigation, Commercial Law, Conveyancing, Property Law, Probate, Employment Law, and Alternative Dispute Resolution. He holds an LL.B. from the University of Embu and a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law.
Levin Nyaboke
Lavine Nyaboke is the Front Office Manager at MGM Advocates LLP, with experience in legal administration, document management, and client relations. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Banking and Finance from The Cooperative University of Kenya and combines a strong background in finance with expertise in legal support, compliance, and administrative operations.
